What is MyUMGC?


MyUMGC is a UMGC portal that allows students, faculty, and staff access to a variety of tools and resources. It includes the UMGC Toolbox, a searchable database of technical resources, as well as online tools for managing your UMGC account and electronic forms.


How To Log In to MyUMGC and the Major Toolbox


UMGC is the online academic management system for the University of Michigan. It provides a centralized online repository for all your academic information, including grades and transcripts. How To Create a Classroom Profile


Logging into MyUMGC is easy, whether you’re a new student or an alumna. Here are the steps:

1. Click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the homepage.

2. Enter your MyUMGC username and password in the appropriate fields, and click “Log In.”

3. If you have an academic account, your course schedule will appear on the left side of the screen. If you have a staff account, your contact information and departmental affiliations will appear on the right side of the screen.

4. Under “Classes,” click on your desired course to view your schedule and register for classes online. You can also print or download your course schedule in PDF format by clicking on “Download Schedule” next to each course’s title.

5. If you are an alumna or have been registered for a MyUMGC account for at least 30 days, you will be able to access tools that will help you manage your time and curriculum more effectively while also helping you connect with fellow students and alumni. To activate these tools, click on “Activate MyUMGC Tools.”


What are my e-mail options?


If you have an e-mail address associated with your UMGC account, you can log in to the main Toolbox website using that address. If you do not have an e-mail address associated with your UMGC account, you can create a new account and enter your e-mail address in the “E-mail Address” field when you sign up for an account. Once you have logged in, click on the “MyUMGC” tab at the top of the page to see all of your current UMGC accounts and tools.


How do I access Office 365 apps on my device?
